                                   Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday
                                                      January 3, 4, 5 & 7, 2012


    WELCOME BACK AND HAPPY NEW YEAR! We hope your Christmas was a blessed one and we pray
    the New Year finds you and your family in good health.

    1)  Thanks to all of you for remembering us with your many gifts and warm wishes for our Christmas
         and New Year.

    2)  Instruct your disciples that we continue to be in the Christmas Season through
        January 8, 2012 “The Baptism of the Lord.”

    3)  Reminder: Catechist Formation Class: Monday, Jan. 9, 2012, 10:00AM or 7:30PM.  
         Please note the change in location: The Lower Church Meeting Room.

    4)  Mark your calendar: January 23rd Catechist Formation Meeting has been cancelled.

    3) ATT: LEVEL 6 ONLY –
            a)  Make note of a quick 10-15 minute meeting with Pat following your class Sat. Jan. 7, Tues.
               Jan. 10, Wed. Jan. 11 & Thurs. Jan. 12 to discuss the Parent meeting on January 19th, and the
               Level 6 Assessment to be given to your disciples in March in order for them to enter the
              Confirmation Preparation Program next year.

    4) Levels 3-8:
            a)  A new set of Gospel Weeklies and Teacher Guides are in your folder for you to use with your
               disciples starting with the Sunday Jan. 15th Gospel Readings.  

    5) ATT: LEVELS 4-6:
            a)  Remind your disciples to wrap up their entries to the Catholic Daughters Contest.  Forms are still
               available at the front desk.

    6) ATT: LEVELS 7 & 8:
            a)  Some assignments in the Confirmation Packets and Prep Packets were due in December.
                Please be sure to record the dates of the completed projects and keep them in the clear plastic
               envelope for us to see.  Once we’ve recorded the dates we will return the projects to you to take
               home in your large red envelope for you to read through and make positive remarks on.  Hold
               onto to these projects until the end of the year.  Please call the parent of any disciple who has not
              completed each assignment when due date occurs.
