                                              **Please read article below**

    1) Level 7: Do not accept the students RED Commitment Forms.  If they were
not able to attend the Mass they must come see Pat at the front desk.

    2) Level 7 & 8: A copy of the The Nicene Creed is in your folder.  Please take
this home and include it in your lesson plan for next week when all your
students will receive a copy.  All level 7 & 8 students must know this prayer
       and what it means.

    3) There is ABSOLUTELY No Food, No Eating & No Drinks allowed at any time
in the classrooms, especially with Halloween right around the corner.

    4) Catechists who are using a room without a window in the door (i.e. Outreach
or Faculty Room) should leave the door ajar, for your own safety.

    5) By now you should have all your Parent Signature Pages in your folder.  The
bottom portion of the page will authorize people for student pick-up
       including older siblings.

    6) If you need a substitute to cover your class for a week, leave a note in your
folder and keep your Blue Chapter Covered Form up to date each week.

    7) Remind your disciples not to use any of the supplies from the desks they sit
at.  All the supplies in the desks belong to the children that attend the school
during the week.  Teacher’s supplies and desk also should not be used.

    8) Instruct your disciples to respect the property of others by not writing or
defacing desks, books or any projects in the classroom of the Trinity School
Students.  Keep close watch; all hands should be on top of the desks not
       inside the desks.

    9) A Reminder to All Catechists-Please leave the classroom the way you found
it by returning the classroom desks to their original position, chairs on top of
desks (except Sat. session 1), erase the chalkboard if you’ve used it, close
all windows and secure the outside door by pulling on it to be sure it doesn’t
open.  Every classroom has a computer some have smart boards inside a
locked cabinet, please be sure no one plays with the surge protector on the
floor or the cabinet.  Thank you for your cooperation. Parish Outreach
Rooms return chairs to where you got them.

                                                                              Saint Agnes Medal of Service

On Friday evening September 16, 2011, The Saint Agnes Medal of Service was awarded to one of our devoted
catechists - Marion Moricca.  The award ceremony took place at St. Agnes Cathedral in Rockville Centre with Bishop
William Murphy presiding.  So when you see Marion walking through the halls give her your Congratulations!

The Saint Agnes Medal of Service is an award recognizing and honoring those who generously and unselfishly give of
themselves to their parishes and whose love of the Church has been shown through their devotion to the Holy Father,
as well as to our Diocese.  They are the unsung heroes in our midst who build up our parish communities by
extraordinary service in parish ministry, parish administration or a significant volunteer role. The award was instituted
during the 50th Jubilee Year of the Diocese of Rockville Centre in 2007.
