                                          Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday
                                              November 29, 30, December 1 & 3, 2011

    1) Thursday Catechists: No class next week-Feast of Immaculate Conception.  

    2) Distribute the enclosed Christmas Gift Giving Flyer found in your attendance
        folder to all your disciples today.  Write the names of absentees on the remaining
        flyers to distribute when they return. Many organizations depend on Religious Ed
        for their gift giving especially during these difficult economic times.  Please be
        careful what you say, we don’t know the economic situation our own children’s
        families are facing.  

    3) Levels 3-8:  Scope and Sequence for Christ Jesus the Way is in your
        attendance folder to help you in planning your lessons.

    4) Levels 3-8: Look in your Gospel Weekly Packets for Advent Activities to use in
        class.  If you want copies for your next class call or E-Mail Anne at
         agiorgio@saintanthonyofpadua.org.

    5) ATT: LEVELS 4-8: Catholic Daughters Contest Attached Please encourage your
        children to enter this contest.  You can do it as a class project for Advent with each
        child completing their own entry. Strict adherences to the rules are required.  If
        interested additional forms are available at the front desk.

    6) Level 6 Catechists: Bible Presentation Mass on Nov. 20th went very well.  Attached
        is a copy of the letter and the Mass Reflection Form that was sent home.  Those
        who received a Bible at the Teen Mass should bring their Mass Reflection this week
        to class.  Please collect the reflections and put them in your folder.  I will hold onto
        them.  If a child could not attend the Teen Mass he/she may attend another Mass
        and write a Mass Reflection on that Mass.  The next time he/she comes to class
        they should bring their Mass Reflection to the front desk where I’ll have extra
        bibles to hand out.  The children should bring their Bibles to class every week.  
        Please include the use of your bibles every week in your lesson plans.  

    7) LEVEL 7: Report on St. Anthony of Padua from the Confirmation Prep Packet is
       due the week of December 12, 2011.  Collect projects, record the date it was
        submitted to you and place the reports in your large clear envelope.  Place the clear  
        envelope in your folder for us to review before returning them to you.

    8) Level 7 & 8: Advent Mass Reflections: Notice that Nov. 27th was the first Sunday
        of Advent. Only three weeks left for Advent Mass reflections.
