| URGENT APPEAL FOR PRAYERS & PEOPLE The staff of Religious Education is very grateful to those people who have responded to our “urgent” appeal for catechists to teach the Catholic Faith to the 1,900 children enrolled in our program. Even so, the situation is still urgent. The Religious Education Office requests all of St. Anthony’s parishioners to fervently pray for the 132 children who will not learn about their Catholic Faith in the program this year. There is a drastic shortage of catechists for 9 classes that have already begun. Please direct your prayerful support to the Holy Spirit to prompt 9 catechists to volunteer their time and talent today. We count on your faithfulness! Or perhaps you could prayerfully consider teaching a class. You can team teach with a friend, a spouse or a sibling. Call Pat or Judy today at 261-1306 to volunteer!
